 We can’t process credit card donations without this info. Families who’ve already submitted forms are being contacted to provide it. Need additional forms for friends and family? You can find that here.

Shirts are being delivered to classrooms to wear on the day your student’s class walks the track. 

• Sizes were matched using submitted forms; for late forms, sizes were estimated.
