Please contact Darcy Bull at [email protected] if you have any questions and please be sure to let her know that you participated as well as send any pictures you take so that we can mark it down on the application.  GO GREEN!!

Wednesday, February 5th - Community Tree Fruit Gleaning

From 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., come participate in a Castro Valley tree fruit gleaning to save extra food that otherwise may have gone uneaten. We will assemble at CVSan Offices at 21040 Marshall St and then visit pre-approved sites in Castro Valley from which to harvest extra fruit and vegetables. All gleaned food will be donated to a Castro Valley food pantry. Sign up to volunteer and let us know if you have a tree that needs gleaning, by contacting CVSan at [email protected] or (510) 537-0757 ext. 112.
